I am skeptical but sin...I'm the first poster. <br /><br />I am skeptical but since everyone is so hopeful I'll put one leg into the hope wagon (will let you know when/if I'm fully in).<br /><br />For anonimity's sake, I don't want to reveal the condo's name. Let's say it's a smaller, spanking new complex that completely sold out. There have been foreclosures in it that have contributed to the fall of the market price, but that's one factor. <br /><br />I wonder what the poster that said I needed to have gotten a better place meant. If I had the "money" the poster snobbily suggests I should have, then I probably would live elsewhere (it's quite pricey as is...as you well know, prices that would allow you a BIG home in more rural CA, let alone the rest of the country).
