Midtown Art Mercantile bringing more "coolness factor" to San Jose

A 40,000 SQFT building at 430 Lincoln Avenue that was previously used as a canning plant and furniture warehouse has been transformed into a "maker space" for San Jose artisans. A third of the building is already leased to Chromatic Coffee, Hapa's Brewing, Good Karma Bikes, and Terra Amico Studio.
