The Rose, White & Blue Parade and Festival will mark its 19th year in San Jose on Saturday, July 4, 2026. Organizers have shaped the event as a community gathering that reframes traditional Independence Day celebrations around themes of equality, justice, and inclusion for the city’s multicultural population.
Through anti-racist education programs, partnerships, and public displays, the parade and festival will highlight efforts to address systemic racism and promote humane treatment across communities.
